This is a good time to begin harvesting ripe seeds, and there is still time to propagate many shrubs and perennials.

Week No. 31 - 29th Jul to 4th Aug

Week No. 32 - 5th to 11th
|
- Collect Mahonia berries, extract seeds and sow.
- Take Albizia, Berberis, Caryopteris, Cassiope, Clerodendrum, Deutzia, Eleagnes, Escallonia, Fig, Garrya, Genista,
Jasmine nudiflorum, Lavender, Parthenocissus, Viola, and Wisteria, cuttings.
- Divide and repot Nerines if required.
- Plant up Sprekelia bulbs singly in 75mm (3") pots,

- Place Aubretia seedlings in coldframe to harden off.
- Collect and store Nemophila seeds if required.
- Sever Strawberry runners from parent plants (if rooted) and place in cold frame until planting out time.
