Week 9   26th-4th

Lay out potatoes to chit

Plant out hedge plants as soon ground conditions allow.

If the weather is suitable now is a good time to start making preparations around the garden / allotment, e.g. clearing winter detritus, repairing and checking footpaths and boundary fences as necessary.

Week 10   5th-11th

If not already done and weather and soil conditions allow dig & prepare beds for planting out

Harden off Celosia

Pot up Canna Hippeastrum Lewisia 

Brush off any windblown debris, and worm casts from lawn

Prepare to construct water features

Week 11   12th-18th

Harden off Mina lobata

Week 12   19th-25th

Place Buddleia Geranium seedlings in cold frame

Check over paths drives and patio surfaces for signs of serious damage.

Week 13   26th-1st

Pot up rooted Caryopteris Dahlia Surfinia cuttings.

Feed & Weed lawn
