Faq's on; Comfrey

I have some comfrey growing in my garden and have been told it makes a good fertilizer, how do I make it?

Make comfrey liquid manure by filling a water container with water, and adding 300gms (12oz) of cut comfrey leaves per 10 litres (2 gall).

Cover, leave for a month, by this time the comfrey will have turned black.

It can be used undiluted for fertilising tomatoes and other flowers and vegetables
