Pelargonium Virus

 

 

What are pelargonium viruses?

 

Pelargonium viruses are virus diseases that may be seen as; stunted growth, unusual leaf markings and or flower colour irregularities.

 

 

Symptoms;

 

Virus-infected plants may show one or more of the following symptoms;

 

  • Plants may lack of vigour, causing stunted growth.

 

  • The leaves may become mottled with pale relatively straight or circular lines.

 

  • The flower petals may develop similar markings.

 

 

Control;

 

There are no cures for this virus infection!

 

Infected plants should be destroyed (not composted)
