This is a cutting that is taken when the plant is dormant as shown here;
Cut a section of stem approx 50-100mm (2"-4") long with a bud on it.
Remove the bark from the stem immediately behind the bud (eye) and place on the surface of the compost, put in a propagator to root at a temperature of 13°- 16°C(55°- 60°F)
